HealSpace Psychological Clinic had a hard time monitoring payments from different platforms and they wanted to do away with viewing multiple sources and checking with other team members if payment was already received. Team Bespoke made an automated payment receipt dashboard that incorporates Mobile App Notifications and SMS Notifications (in this case, from GCash, Metrobank, BPI, and JazzyPay) and placed it on an updating Google Sheet. Time and effort wasted in verifying from different sources have been reduced dramatically due to this.
